It's easy to overlook how precious time is. When we are young we wish we were older and when we are old we reminisce on our younger days gone by. When we hear of a persons life that has been impacted and completely altered by a disability, one that was a bolt out of the blue. It can make us stop and reevaluate everything that we had previously held dear to us. This can shed light on a different way of feeling, thinking and being. It can often put life into a different perspective and to make us realise the value of time and how precious it is. Realising that the things we once placed importance on are not so important after all.
