Kaci Designs will not respond to any marketing enquiries by phone or email, related to modernising SEO etc. We have our own web designers who we are more than happy with. This website is for those who wish to gain knowledge about the artist or to purchase one of the paintings prints or gift items on this site. We are however open to communication with other agencies whose interest is in bringing something to the table and to share awareness of what can be achieved in times of extreme adversity.
Ordering
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 and Consumer Rights Directive during the period laid out below. For more information you can visit www.direct.gov.uk.
A request must be made to Kaci Designs before the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
We reserve the right to exclude certain items from any special offers or discount codes.
Only one voucher code can be used at any one time.
Cancellation of an order after dispatch cannot be accepted.
Your order cannot be amended or edited once submitted, this also includes the delivery address
Returned Goods
In exceptional circumstances, we accept returned goods with a 20% handling charge but only if the following conditions are met:
When returning items, they must be in perfect condition with any shrink wrap still intact.
A return request must be made to Kaci Designs within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorization has been given. The appropriate reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation.
For your own protection, please obtain proof of postage / receipt from the carrier, as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.
Kaci Designs will not be responsible for any postage costs.

All rights are reserved. The artist retains the copyright of all artistic content. When you purchase a painting or product you are not purchasing the copyright. This means that the copyright owner Shirley Kaci can reproduce an original painting into both limited or unlimited prints and may choose to use artworks on various products.
For those interested in purchasing one of Shirley Kaci's PAINTINGS OR PRODUCTS outside of the UK, you will need to contact the artist by email: info@kacidesigns.com Shirley will price the delivery cost including insurance as no refunds will be made for oversees purchases and a payment of the full amount will need to be made direct to the artist before any item will be dispatched. Work will be dispatch once your payment has been received and shown as cleared funds. You can contact Shirley Kaci through the contact us section of this website.
Certificates of Authenticity will only accompany those who have purchased Original Paintings and Limited Edition Prints.
